Curriculum Risk Management
All staff (existing, newly appointed or temporary) who have responsibilities for planning and/or delivering activities should understand the procedures and adhere to the process which have been emailed to officials. All activities should be considered in terms of their associated hazards and level of risk to students and anyone else involved in the activity.
All Metropolitan West School Sport officials MUST complete and submit Form 40 - Queensland Representative School Sport Assessment template with consideration of Form 41 - QRSS Risk Assessment Handbook and the Sport specific guidelines contained in the DoE CARA 
CARA activity guidelines to ensure the most up to date requirements are being met.
